Six protections the Constitution guarantees to every citizen.

The Constitution guarantees six groups of rights to every citizen: equality, freedom, protection against exploitation, religious freedom, cultural and educational rights, and the right to constitutional remedies. The last one matters most. It gives you the right to go to court if any other right is violated.
- These rights are not gifts from the state. They are limits on the state, written to protect individuals.
- Article 21 (right to life and personal liberty) has been interpreted to include the right to education, clean air, and privacy.
