Every business, from a 500-rupee lemonade stand to a 5,000-crore startup, answers the same question: what problem am I solving, for whom, and at a price they will pay? Everything else is detail. The structure is the same at every scale. The scale is not what makes it a business. The question is.
- A business plan is one page: the problem, the solution, the customer, the cost, and the revenue. Start there.
- Most entrepreneurs fail several times before succeeding. The failure is part of the process, not a sign to stop.
