Teamwork — The skill no algorithm replaces

A group of five average performers with good communication outperforms five top performers who do not listen to each other. Google's Project Aristotle studied hundreds of teams and found that the top predictor of team success was psychological safety: whether people felt safe to speak up without being judged.
