Fact-Checking
Three steps before you share
Checking a claim against its source before passing it on.

Reverse-image search the photo. Check who published the claim. Find a second source that confirms it. Three actions, thirty seconds. The share button should be the last thing you press, not the first. Most misinformation spreads not because people believe it, but because they share before checking.
- Free fact-checking tools: Google Reverse Image Search, Alt News (India), Snopes, and AFP Fact Check.
- If you cannot find a second source, do not share. Waiting is not laziness. It is responsibility.
